Africa is one step ahead of the entire world in the financial liberty. They use this little old Nokia phones and they can send money using it. This is somewhere, there are like many countries that still do not have access to this. And this is why when I came across a project called Machakura that you can send Bitcoin using lightning, it was a win-win situation. It's actually quite unique only to government money. Seeshells didn't stop working overnight because somebody issued a rule saying your seashills were broken.
