The Importance of Plausible Deniability in War
I think it's very, very important that people become aware that this is emerging if it has not already as a new dimension of war. I don't just mean these kinds of zerzetsung attacks but potentially also things like sabotaging of food plants or sabotaging of energy plants. All of these activities are plausibly deniable. We need to have a proactive paranoia about so that that which appears to be an accident but is not can be rooted out.
