charisma because that's come up a bunch is that something that you feel like it's just the good and the bad come together like in Carl Jung's sort of view of psychology where the weakness and the strength of the same thing. Is it possible to sort of sift the wheat from the chaff and take the aspects of charisma that are constructive while leaving behind the aspects that are destructive? I agree with you that charisma is an undeniable like reality and an X-Factor and does motivate people to do things that they otherwise wouldn't do but so often we see scandal after scandal where the charismatic person got too full of you know too high on their own supply or or just felt like they were both
