Female Specific Training

Female muscle fibers adapt a little bit differently to training, but it doesn't really change the way you should train. Light loads up to maybe like 30 reps, as long as it's taken close to failure, have basically the same effect on building muscle. Females tend to be a little bit less fatigable than men. But that also could be simply due to the fact they're not able to use as heavy of loads to induce hypertrophy.
