The four ways that a property investor will pay in our view. They buy the wrong asset, procrastinate, pay too much and professional advice. There's going to be some blood on the streets in probably two to three years where there's an absolute boom of medium and high density apartments being built at the moment. The only marketplace in property that can turn the tap on in supply is high density units. And so when the buyer comes in and remember, it's the owner occupy that drives true value.
