How I Moved From a Developer Advocate to a Product Manager
I came out of an ops background and then I started kind of talking to customers and helping with those commonalities around IT transformation. And that fit really well with the DevOps days conversation. So it was a very logical transformation to just move into the product facing side of this open source work instead of like I was more focused on telling stories about it. But what when I went to Microsoft also still in a dev rel capacity and then realized that I was spending all my time with these developers and PMs on the team that Ralph was actually already attached to and told their stories. That's a that's a career path or at least a career arc that people are super interested in.
