How Ministers and Policy Makers Interact to Facilitate Change
I always say bring an entrepreneur into the situation and actually, often, policy is not a problem. Most policy makers want the same things that you want. The challenge is then getting the policy change in order to facilitate it. How do you sort of prioritize that over all the other things they've got going on? But do the conversations happen? Do the spaces get made? That's, for example, I can only imagine how complex a sector water is. I mean, you were in air before that. I just get much more vital than that.
