What Are the Numbers Due to Sanctions?

The numbers are always disputed, and they're very hard to study. There were numbers that aa that the era sanctions in the 19 nineties killed hundreds of thousands. This is just a tiny, tiny fraction of what sanctions are doing. I don't think you shoulde, even the wars are not the main priority here. The main priority should be the sanctions regime, right?
