The Different Regulations for a 2cV Conversion

In France the rules are more or less that it can't go faster than the original which is a shame for a 2cV. The other set of regulations that we need to deal with is un38.3 which is about the transport of batteries. So if we've manufactured a kit here then we're sending it to the states for example. Then we have to comply with you and legislation for transporting it because it's a battery. It's not sophisticated there's quarter million pounds just gone right. When you get the certificate does that apply to you know we do three different defender models that's about yeah you're all slightly different but you know and so yeah that's a good question.
