The self-regulation piece is where we start to look at the attachment wounds and this is really where some of those beliefs of I'm not good enough, no one will ever love me as much as I will love them. We tend to see that these beliefs run fairly rampant and tend to be baked in with a lot of shame and a lot of fear. Tending to these and really reprogramming some of these old beliefs that are no longer helping us can go a long way towards changing our lives.
