Should We Bring a Case When Precedent Gets Set?

When you're selling a token and it's part of a security offering, the token itself is not the security anyway. So the idea is that at some point the promises around that token are not important any more. The token is just off doing its own thing. People are buying and selling the token because of what the token does, not because of the promises that track along with it or did at the beginning. That's the evolution that sea you've moved beyond the securities laws, when those promises aren'timportant any more.
