The Sexism of Discipline
Some of the things that count on a high level as a man don't count in the same way as a woman. A lot of men might find discipline attractive if it shows up in other ways, but they might be intimidated if that discipline shows up in his lane. So I do think to that extent that more and more men see their person as a teammate. And I do think more and more people as an equal and a teammate, I should say.
