What Matters to You?

Find the metrics that matter to you, and try and move away from scores and winning and p p times what matters to you. And it becomes really circular, because something i've really noticed is when we know our values, when someone disrupts those values, that's what tends to trigger our chimp. That's when we lose emotional control. But on when we why it matters to us, and it's important enough to matter to us, we will do things that make us feel uncomfortable - but it's ok, because it matters.
