What Is Your Airspace?

In the 13th century, nobody could really get into your airspace. This was to stop people doing things like building bridges over someone else's land. The base of this law has stood the test of time and in most of the Western world a similar principle still applies. Most countries recognize their immediate airspace above land as belonging to the landowner. It also means that drones, aircraft or anything else that may want to decide to come into that space needs the permission of the landowner no matter whether they are manned or not.
