In medicine, we will normally take care of ro patients, 20 patients, as their doctor. For most of those patients, it's only one or two things that actually matter to whether they will live or die and get better. All the other things are just noise and don't really matter. And so that experience in medicine realy taught me to focus in on what are the very few things that matter. Everything else is no and if you can do it as a doctor, where people's life in death is at stake, you can doIt in every aspect of your life.
