Investing in a Multi Family Apartment Building
You can have a mix of doing some yourself, and that's what i tend to find a lot of people do. They'll do some themselves, and then they'll put some in with a fund and a limited partnership. And i think it kind of, it kind of smooths out the bumps when you have more tenants tet's say, a multi family apartment building. Once you get to forty or 50 units, you can have an onsight property manager which really makes your ons better.
