In England we're more used to having less sunlight and so we understand just by instinct that when the sun shines you go outside. We compensate for lack of sun by drinking lots of tea or beer or something I don't know but there's probably some way in which English people have learned to deal with lack of sun. In let's say the south of Spain that would be seen as almost like torture. The water is it has a different sort of chemical balance to it in London the water is very hard It has lots of lime in it for example if you make lots of cups of tea inside your kettle will be caked with mineral. And this affects for example people’s hair,
