The idea of native money had not occurred to me before then. I think one of the things that stoshi did that maybe he doesn't get enough credit for was really incentive design of the system. How do you aligne the incentives of actors that would naturally be adversaries to some degree? That was really what sitatio discovered. And so even now, i think going back to that original work is informative.
