When he became president, he made clear that the united states would be back in terms of providing world leadership and working with our allies. And i do think some of his other efforts to try to build alliances in the pacific, to deal with china, to strengthen our alliances in the middle east to confront iran. Look, we're dealing with a lot of threats. It isn't just terrorism, obviously. There is no other option right now for the united states but to provide world leadership... I think he has made great progress in moving the united states in that direction.
