Controlling Volatility
I think it's really important that, you know, you mention their targeti risk and controlling volatility. You just do not know what's going to happen in the future. Important thing is to be able to say, well, actually, i'v put, i together my portfolio. I've got a certain percentof your stock sent percenta your bonds. I'm now controlling your volatility. If things don't go well with this portfolio, yes, i may end up with 50 % drawdown. That's too much. Andn you're right, most people have extremely unrealistic expectations.
