How We Live Now with Katherine May

CHAPTER

The Importance of Adapting to a Low-Grade Winter

LZ Granderson has PDD persistent depressive disorder which means that your life feels like a kind of low-grade winter most of the time. LZ describes his British climate as 'a sort of low level drizzle' and says he is lucky to be able to work from home with his fellow comedian, who also suffers from depression. He talks about how living by the sea helped him get out of bed in the morning because it meant he wouldn't waste the day. Also explains why he loves working online at 10 o'clock every Monday morning on 45 minute chat show called Zoom With A German lady.
