What Is the Purpose of All This Racism?

This has been a problem we've had forever. It's pre-industrial Twitter and then you have post in the industrial era of like circulated newspapers, widely circulated newspapers. And now we're going back, you know, from mass media to a decentralized platform. But part of why this is a good comparison to make is that the purpose of all of the racist propaganda spreading in places like Parler and Twitter right now is to build up a kind of xenophobic and explicitly kind of exterminationist far right. The same thing as scaring people about Mexican immigrants in order to distract from the damage that neoliberal capitalism is doing from the working class and blame it on immigrants and stuff.
