I train hard, increase the amount of calories that you're burning and intermittent fasting. Those two are short fire ways for you to never really feel hungry or feel like you need more volume. And that way you get to cut and while at the same time doing it in the most optimal healthiest way possible. That would be my advice. If somebody wants to compete or wants to cut and at thesame time do it in like the truly the healthiest diet in my opinion.
