There are a lot of different ways that customers can participate and make smart sments for both themselves and the benefit of the grid. What i always tell people to do first is do the simple things, some simple weatherisation. Then you think exactly what mat said. Then you have programmes that kind of stop stepping up further. And so those are all the things that sat is actually doing to ly engage the customer in being part of the solution.
