The Role of Roberts in the Supreme Court
Kagan wrote, at the behest of a party that has suffered no injury, the majority decides a contested public policy issue. If she was serious about this stuff, she would show up to the next Supreme Court hearing like Reverend Tolar and fucking first reform. So she wouldn't reach out. A revolutionary change in the court overnight. Instead, she'd rather just issue blistering descents. It's hardly surprising there, but we can expect more of this.
