Equity or Tokens? What's Better?

tokens are never really locked either, there's no such other contract. In equity, you just have to wait until the quid events, like o t c, future fund raising rounds or i pos au ens Am - so thingis very different. It's also in the teams the team's am interest to lock it up for much longer, right? Because if the team has much, much, much lower float, it puts the valuation wayway, way higher. So, um, si, i don't know. I don't now what's best.
