Do You Have Dead Lines?

Michel wrote in to say, as a recovering perfectionist, i made of procrastination. I realized i am just someone who needs dead lines, and i am also a big list maker. Heather says, i'm an a d h d procrastinator. So procrastination is rarely productive. But it does signal that my brain is trying to tell me something. Either i really don't want to do it, or it seems too big and needs to be broken down into smaller steps,. Or i'm scared of it. That's such a good ay to look at procrastination!
