How to Build a Twitter Audience?

i'm not sure if peter levells really set out to build the ue following, but rather, it was for him. He started with just a blog, and i think no one read it, except for his mother or something. So it was really just to yer away, to increase his luk surface area. And at some point it got picked up and kind of exploded. But i don't think this was his goal. It obviously helped, and its self helping him a lot. Every time he's publishing something new,. he's posting something new, he's launching a new project. Er, right? This is like the classic influence play book. But he
