Working in a Just Environment at Work
There's a thing called attribution bias. So when you attach an action to a person and being able to separate those two is something that will help with dealing with different populations. Don't be afraid to ask for accommodations, like ergonomic desks or more screens at work. And don't be afraid not to disclose if you don't feel comfortable about working in this environment.
