The Difference Between an Offer Letter and a Contract
An offer letter is an invitation to give a contract. If you agree to be bound by the terms of the offer letter, then the offer letter can become part of the contract. Also sometimes people will not sign a contract. So I just know, I don't think this happens that often with physicians, but I just know in other areas you might just get an offer letter and you might not sign a formal contract.
