Is the Black Market a Risk?
Gambling is still seen as a business for u k. P l c, that we need to promote. Why should anybody be stopped from taking part in gambling? The black market does exist, right? But you know, do you put in place measures to make sure that gambling commission and others who are responsible for tackling those black market operators are better funded so that they can deal with it? You also have to ask whether the threat of the black market is being exaggerated by those who standt to lose out from tit a gambling regulation.
