The Prime Minister's Shuffle Wasn't Needed

I don't think they needed to say that we failed. They just changed the numbers, not in real in the body of the cabinet itself. I would argue that this shuffle with Luzim Bouchard coming in created the winning conditions for that majority government big time. But there was a wild factor. What did we talk about after that shuffle? You don't because that is what a government wants. It wants you to say, boy, they brought in, left me pull a name out of nowhere.
