How to Run a Marathon

The course route had loads of kind of switch back out and back. There's a few, load those switch backs. They're like literally 180 turns like you see in triathlons. The bit that I found the hardest was actually from 35k-ish to the finish is one big straight line. It then went immediately straight down and then it kind of flattened out. So past 30 kilometres, I didn't have a pace plan. It was kind of just run as you feel.
