The Most Insecure Leaders

The most insecure leaders and this is a reflection of the time I've been a poor leader in our family is based probably directly on my insecurity. That doesn't mean you're handing leadership over to somebody else. You recognize the strengths in your team and you utilize them. And that feels good for a wife too. It's like, it's a partnership and that's what marriage is. Where your helper got made for it out of my helper.
