In the US, upwards of 400 clinicians die by suicide every year. We call the mental health impacts mass traumatization. There was a really, really big message that came out from nurses who said, we have had enough of being told to be more resilient ourselves. It is our health systems that lack resilience,. The lack of staff, the lack of equipment, do do do do, all of those things as well. That's where the resilience needs to be.
