So the Answer Is Eight?
There's kind of two different ways they can count back. So 15 minus eight, they could start with 15 and simply count back eight. Kid also might go 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9. Most people make a big deal about those two different ways of counting back. We want to then help nudge them on just using additive thinking.
