i was always working out like a banshe, but usually getting injured. So i started doing this initial training with these goos gis static contraction. And the first one i do ith static contraction was 400, forty five pounds. It causes younow. If you're oing tostop a car, you wouldn't be doing it down here, right? Cause it's just, we got to crape the stimulus. I've found this interesting, and i would love to know how you kind of personally incorporate that into your workouts.
