I think people are just underestimate how much time it takes to to recruit and to hiere people. One of the tricks that we did is that we hire a recruiter as their first employ indrift. That freed me up from sourcingway ad in, finding people, an interviewing people. I still had to do all the interviewing, but that motion of managing a candidate through, through the process is extremely important. If you don't get good at it, you'll never survive. It's just like sal so people, people afmen, start hiring and then they like it, and then they give up.
