The Concept of Information Models
Most of what's going on in your brain is like processing all these imputs. It's figuring out where it is relative to the cup. If i move my finger, i'll know what location i'll be at next. Even a single column can learn the physical structure of something. And so you sand sere, while i can't know what it is by just touching, that's true. But if you move your finger, you can learn what it is and you can infer what it is or recognize it moving her finger.
