The History of Norway's Oil and Gas Reserves

EcoFisk turned out to be one of the largest offshore oil fields ever discovered. It was 300 kilometres from the coast and under 70 metres of water. Doug Harold Clay is a professor of international relations at the University of Oslo. He explains that when the oil market soared in the 1970s, suddenly Norway's reserves looked much more attractive.
