Risk is sort of the latter part f like tryingt keep these things safe as a function of how market conditions change, which is different than smart contract security. Bad things should be allowed to happen, but should only happen in rare situations. But if you don't paramatrize it, well, you might make a situation that's supposed to be rare suddenly more common.
