What Would You Tell Project Maintainers to Stop Doing With Their Docs?

We had a question from Christopher Bucker at Tophie. If you were Queen of the Forest, what is one thing you would tell project maintainers to stop doing with their docs? There's very little that you need to stop telling people. It's more what you need to get them to start doing. I think for open source projects and specific, and this is something to internalize, professionality is super key for openSource.
