The Disadvantages of Language and Society

Linguist John McWhorter has written a book about the degradation of language and music. He's also done an audio-video lecture series for Language and Society, which he says is great to listen to while out walking or doing other tasks. "I like to think that this topic is one that's sort of been in my wheelhouse for a while," said McWhorter.
