Productivity and Satisfaction Are Intricately Connected
Satisfaction is a little bit of a slightly different concept but it's related of course. And what we found in our research though is that, yes, they're related they're correlated, but there are many other factors that mediate and moderate that relationship. So their work environment the culture of the team, the psychological safety that they have how their manager is managing their team all of these things play a really, really important role in both of those,. as well as the tools that they're using in their process.
