You Can Make the Wrong Hires

For us, it's always about finding the right people and the right minds, not just for a task, but to come onto the team. You can make the wrong hires and reverse that. So you may be a designer, but if we're hiring you just to accomplish a few design tasks, what happens when those design tasks don't exist or things change? I think that's when we've brought people on with that in mind. That's been a key learning is hired, the person, not just their skill set for that task.
