When we just went through COVID, some of the banks were like, hey, get borrowers a break. We're not going to put your loans in the bad loan pool, right? If borrowers are having a challenge, what would you expect some of these banks might need to do or do moving forward? I saw banks where they did mark to market and took loans that were performing well with good borrowers, good properties and started foreclosing on them because they said, oh, it's in the bad pool.
