Don't Pay Attention to Stats

Don't put any weight whatsoever stats you might have read about your chances of getting in. Don't try and be some one else the missions committee's looking for, because that is just going to throw you off your game. Do practise out loud - there is truly a world of difference between writing a response and actually saying it out loud.
