Ike, You Be Your Own, but Still Be Yourself
Thragistics is globally distributed, but we're more than globally distributed now. We are in remote teams. If you're a senior person or an experienced person, it's a lot easier working remote and working from home. Where it's really difficult is when you're bringing on new people, or more junior people. I mean, that is harder because they lose that benefit of just watching and observing and being around people that are experienced and skilled. With this shift, we invested a lot of money in all our offices space fis wit,. Like, we really believe in experience and having this really relaxed atmosphere.
