Is This a Distopia?
I think it's more that there are just so many bad headlines, so it ends up speaking to this umbrella of all the bad headlines about women's rights. It also speaks to a lot of the the harder, more secret feelings that moms have had during the pendemic in terms of being stretched too thin. I mean, i'm amazed to have the book classified as science fiction, as someone who barely understands how to use the internet or her phones or even google docks. Whenever i appear on one of those syphiles, it's the coolest thing ever.
