The Importance of Trusting God

Father Tim Keller, who went to heaven while I was preparing this message, the day he died, told an illustration about being on the subway. He said if you had $5 billion in your bank account, you wouldn't be happy that $500 got so nobody would change your perspective completely. We can handle the $500 of challenges we face so long as we have heaven to look forward to. So I'm going to ask with every head bowed, every eye closed, that you would pray this prayer with me out loud: God is able to raise the dead and he did and he will.
